TOMIC - Happy Birthday Tilda

Hi Everyone! Today I'm back with a Happy Birthday Tilda Challenge at TOMIC.  We must include a Birthday sentiment on our card and follow the following sketch:

It should also be a girly girl card or very femine.  So here is the card I came up with:

This lovely Tilda is called Tilda Loves Flowers from the Sweet Crazy Love Collection. Isn't she gorgeous, I colored her with copics and touches of prisma pencils.

I hope you'll join us on this special Birthday Challenge at TOMIC.  You could win an amazing prize from Magnolia.  Well that's it from me today.  See you next time!

Think Spring

Think Spring!  I am so ready for Spring!  Today I made a picture frame using several Magnolia Stamps.

I had fun making this picture frame scene. I created my picture frame using Spellbinder Grand Rectangles.  All my stamps are by Magnolia and they are:  Tilda with Heart Chain, Tilda with Hellebores, Tilda as a Star, Magnolia tree, Little Birds,  House, Sun, and Fence. I also used the Magnolia Grass Doohickey die for my scene.

Here is a close up photo:

The pink cardstock is by Core'dinations and I also used the pretty pink checked  paper by Magnolia from the Sweet Rainbow collection. Love the quality and thickness to these Magnolia papers. The Spring letters were cut out with my Cricut.  My images were colored with copics as always and prisma colored pencils.

Well, that's it for now. Thanks for stopping by and for any comment you may leave. I love reading them and thank you always for your kind comments. Have a great day!

Tilda with Flower Pot

Happy Valentines Day everyone!  It's time for another color challenge at the Magnolia-licious Challenge blog.  No pinks or reds today! Today our colors for this week are blue and brown.  Here's an example:

I had such a hard time limiting myself to 2 colors with this scene. But I think I did it even though there are hints of green/yellow and white. Here is the card I made:

I love this potting shed from Alota Rubberstamps and thought it worked well with this Tilda. This is Tilda with Flower Pot from the Butterfly Dreams collection by Magnolia. I cut out extra flower pots from the potting shed image and cut out some extra flowers from the Tilda image to create my little flower pot scene.

I love these Prima papers I used today called Madeline. The colors and patterns are so pretty and I've horded them too long so I had to use them today. I used various flowers some from Magnolia and some from Little Darlings. My sentiment is by Whimsy - love love this Spring sentiments stamp called Spring Letter Seals. I got this set at Little Darlings Rubberstamps.

Well that's it from me today! Thanks for spending some time with me on my blog and hope you will come back soon! Thanks for all your comments - I love to read them soooo much and your sweet comments mean the world to me. Have a great day and don't forget to play along with our challenge at the Magnolia-licious Challenge blog.

TOMIC #38 - Edwin's Birthday Challenge

Hi Everyone!  We have a special challenge for you today at TOMIC, our theme is Edwin's birthday and we have a sketch for you to follow. Here is the sketch:

You must use an Edwin stamp with this challenge. So here is my card using 2 of my favorite winter Edwins:

Close-up:

Today I used Edwin skiing and Edwin sledding (I'm not sure if these are their proper names) but I picked them up from Magnolia-licious. I also used a Magnolia Doohickey die (trees) and the pine tree border die is from Memory Box. My sentiments are from Whimsy.

I hope you liked my project today. Have a great day!
